PDU WCDMA RA Program Office is responsible for handling the product feature implementation and release, which comprises new standard features, market customizations as well as no-functional requirements and system improvements. We are fully setup our development teams using agile and lean principles.

The organization consists of several program managers, OPOs (Operative Product Owner) and Project Administrator who is directly report to Program Office Manager.

Responsibility

· Finance Management: Generate project or feature finance reports project managers and OPOs.

· Resource Management: Generate reports from the resource planning system, facilitate on resource forecast and correction as portfolio planner.

· Purchase orders: Initiate and/or create and cost track POs.

· Invoice Handling: Ensure that all invoices are received.

· Information flow: Distribute information within the organization e.g. to project members, line managers, product managers (with the support of the project manager) based on the project's communication plan.

· Administrative work: Administer, develop and maintain required project administration (such as call for meetings, record meeting minutes, maintain website) in assigned projects according to existing administrative routines and processes.

· Project database: Manage information in the project database, such as Eridoc. Store documents in document system.

· Outsourcing Consultant: Handling 3rd party vendors for projects. Resource frame discussion, PO issuing, monthly reservation and invoice, monthly economic follow-up.

· Line Consultant: Recruitment arrangement for line managers, and work time calculation and payment

Qualifications

· A university degree or equivalent.

· Knowledge of project management and of business processes

· Resource and financial planning and forecasting, including methods for scenario management

· Project and program planning and control

· Good financial skills

· Good communication skills. Excellent in written and spoken English
