Major Accountabilities

1. Assist in processing retail related invoice and checking
2. Assist managers to handle retail office’s administrative work
3. Consolidate different sales & retail, clients and HR reports
4. Assist in consolidating the order of stores non-merchandises materials
5. Preparing the store daily sales report
6. Coordinate with other departments in event arrangement
7. Monitoring the process in opening new store/renovation e.g. store equipments ordering /delivery, logistic flow of non-merchandises, etc
8. Coordinating with the in/external department
9. Assist in handling ad hoc projects


Job Requirements

1. Preferred Education & Qualifications
2. Bachelor degree or above
3. At least 2 years in relevant experience and preferable in international fashion brands
