岗位职责:

Primary objective/General overview:
？Ensure delivery to agreed timelines / milestones
？Maintain Sarbanes Oxley compliance of all IT changes
？Provide timely and innovative solutions for Luxottica’s changing business needs in the BI functional areas.
？Provide timely SAP support to the business within but not limited to Asia-Pacific.

Main responsibilities and measurements:
1. Business Support
？Ensure timely resolution of assigned support calls in the IT Share Service Center
？Deliver robust solutions with minimal rework (Defects / Bugs) required
？Work with the IT Team (China & Australia), Business Teams and key users within the BI structure.
？Ensure robust and reliable systems are maintained.

2. Business Relationships within IT (China & Australia)
？Establish an understanding of medium and longer term business directions and initiatives through regular contact with Management.
？Strong communication to key stakeholders around delivery timelines and prioritisation of offshore tasks

3. Solution Delivery
？Ensure requirements are fully understood for all business requests.
？Provide alternative options for each business request for discussion and review by peers.
？Estimate all resource requirements and activities in planning for delivery of solutions to meet business requests.
？Identification and escalation of issues arising during delivery of solutions.
？Drive timely delivery of solutions, ensuring business stakeholders are kept up to date on progress
？Obtain completion of business sign off for delivered solutions, ensuring business requirements have effectively been met.
？Provide documentation in the form of both IT functional specs and end user training for delivery of solutions

4. Development Standards
？All development performed as per Luxottica’s standards and guidelines.
？Submit improvements and additional requirements for review and inclusion in the development standards and guidelines document.

5. Capability Development
？Participate in performance and development review processes.
？Actively drive your personal development
？Provide input into the development and update of IT documentation, standards and procedures.
？Be an active member of the IT Share Service team.
？Further develop BI skills within Share Service Center with cross training with other functional analysts through team work.

任职资格:

Formal qualifications/certification required
？Business or computer science degree or equivalent experience

Years of experience required:
？4-5 years hands-on experience of implementing SAP BI solutions using BO XI 3.1 and BO BI 4.0
？Minimum of 2 years experience with working in a SAP BW environment

Knowledge & Skills required:
？Rich experience in designing data models (universe) to support reporting and data access requirements.
？Advanced skills in using SAP Business Objects toolset to develop and maintain universes, WEBI reports, Analysis and Dashboard objects.
？Excellent knowledge of implementation, configuration and administration in all aspects of the SAP BO Enterprise platform.
？Strong desire and aptitude to learn, explore and implement new features and capabilities in Business Intelligence, such as Virtual Integillence (Lumira), Design Studio and Predictive Analytics.
？Good working knowledge of the SAP BW system and understanding of the data modelling landscape with any exposure to SAP ABAP programming language an advantage.
？Experience in deploying reports to mobile devices
？Good knowledge in SQL and performance tuning
？Strong business analysis skills and business understanding
？Strong self organisation and work management skills
？Developing knowledge of assigned SAP reporting functional area
？Previous experience working within a IT Share Service Center / remote team
？Understanding the importance of and ability to effectively communicate within the IT group and with the business

？Develop cross functional skills through assigned solutions requiring various SAP products and third-party tools.
？Develop business perception of IT as a ‘business partner / enabler’

？Develop strong business relationships with key contacts in the organisation
？Maintain currency of SAP software appropriate to business requirements with minimal disruption
