？ Prepare？ & Deliver key/strategic presentations
？ Pitches？
？ Deep Dives？
？ Global accounts？
？ Category Management？
？ Support for fragrance development？
？ Insight generation for the categories？
？ Organize and man？age pro-actives
？ Identify？ & Develop Business Opportunities
？ Develop Product mixes？
？ Partner with sales to promote ideas？ & fragrances
？ Feed Development with pro-active needs？
？ Create an innovative Buzz in the company？

Specific Responsibilities:
？ Drive the development of insights and concepts that improves our competitiveness
？ Responsible for selecting and recommending “the winning concepts” and develop relevant business cases for the China market or the Asia Pacific region
？ Marketing project leader in local or regional ICC Projects (PDP), responsible for the commercial plan, secure brand alignment, guard the insight through the process and the development of claims
