职位描述：
SAP 项目管理：
· 带领SAP顾问团队完成项目并获得客户认可
· 日常顾问和项目管理，比如招聘，人员安排和日常事务
· 和客户建立良好关系以取得长期合作关系
· 能有效管理多个项目，并处理项目中出现的问题
· 确保项目按时、高质量地完成

SAP 售前:
· 支持销售团队获得订单
· 帮助销售团队了解当前行业要求和未来需求
· 根据客户要求设计专业的解决方案
· 进行专业化的演讲，从口头和书面帮助客户清晰了解公司提供的咨询服务
· 其他上级安排的任务

岗位要求:
- 本科或以上学历
- 至少5年SAP工作经验，SAP管理经验为佳
- 优秀的问题解决能力，使客户满意
- 优秀的SAP顾问/项目管理能力
- 优秀的演讲能力
- 优秀的人际沟通能力和团队协作精神
- 能在压力下工作
- 流利的英语听说读写
- 愿意并能够在短时间内出差

Job Description:
SAP Project Management:
·Lead consultant team to accomplish projects with good feedback from the customers.
·Daily consultant and project management, e.g. recruitment, personnel arrangement and daily issues.
· Build effective relationships with client which lead to long-term business partnership.
· Take good control of several projects and deal with problems occurring during project.
· Ensure on-time and high-quality completion of projects.

SAP Pre-Sales:
·Support Sales team to handle the deals.
·Support sales team to understand current business requirements and future needs.
·Design professional proposal/solution according the customer's requirement in presales phase.
·Provide professional presentations; in oral and written format providing customers with clear understanding of hartung:consult.
·Other tasks according to supervisor's assignment.


Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in supporting SAP solutions, SAP management experience preferred.
- Effective problem solving skills to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Good SAP consultant/project management skills.
- Good presentation skill.
- Strong interpersonal with high team spirit.
- Can work under pressure.
- Fluent and effective in both spoken and written English.
- Willing and able to travel on extreme short notice.
