岗位职责：
1. 负责项目的美术风格指导,检查并递交高质量的作品，向美术总监汇报；
2. 负责解决各类项目问题，并确保项目运作完成；
3. 需要时参与项目组一起工作；
4. 协助美术总监作好人员考评工作。
职位要求：
1. 5年以上游戏三维场景制作经验；
2. 精通3D MAX或MAYA.Zbrush等常用软件；
3. 高模，贴图能力优秀；
4. 需要良好的沟通能力，责任心强，有团队合作精神，热爱游戏并敬业精神佳；
5. 2年以上队制作管理经验；
6. 有开发经验，参与过3A级游戏制作的优先录用；
7. 美术功底好，对人体解剖结构熟悉者，优先录用。
