职位描述
工作描述：
1、前期销售支持，配合销售人员，了解客户需求、并提出专业性咨询及建议；
2、结合项目分析，负责影片动画的前期策划和提案；
3、协同项目部和导演进行影片创意探讨、分镜头脚本的撰写；
4、积极引导和沟通制作部门对策划方案思路的理解，达成影片预期效果。
5、负责制作阶段影片脚本、旁白、字幕或数字内容文案的提报工作；
6、解释传达创意脚本，确保后期制作人员对其准确无误的理解并执行。
任职要求：
1. 1年以上影视策划工作经验；
2. 优秀的文字功底与文案撰写能力、思维活跃、创意独到；
3. 性格开朗，善于沟通，具有良好的提案演讲能力；
4. 具备良好的团队协作精神、能够适应较强的工作压力。
加分项：
1、具备相关的项目经验，包括产品宣传动画，产品宣传片，企业宣传片，商业活动的策划经验
2、有分镜头手绘能力的优先
