职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
1. Development and implementation of strategic plans for National KA especially the outlet of RT-MART.
2. Negotiate & implement the Business Development Agreements with the assigned national KA on annual basis to review performance and propose new actions or revise conditions of the agreement (where & when necessary)
3. To ensure capitalisation on all volume and share opportunities
4. Coordinate with filed sales for promotion execution international & national KA at regional level
5. To maximise Nestle trade spend in the pursuit of market share and profitability gains
6. Make sure that Key Account activities in the national level are carried out in efficient and cost effective way by regular control over administration, overheads, expenditure and analysis of the Key Account expense
7. Monitor the return-on-investment of sales resources (i.e. trade fund) and utilize the results to create new alternative strategies/ business plans and influence negotiations during Quarterly Review sessions with key account to promote business growth at field
8. To obtain leverage with key accounts for mutual sales / profitability benefit
9. Work closely with field sales force who are adhere to the sales call plans and process in order to build a strong relationship with customers in each NKA outlet for availability & visibility maximization
10. Collaborate with other department (i.e. trade marketing) to develop in store activities/ program (trade promo, consumer promo) to accelerate sales off take at regional execution level
11. Provides feedback to NKA team, field sales manager, marketing and professional affairs on impact of programs directed to build business and increase customer loyalty.
12. Monitor competitors activities in NKA outlets and report on the same to management team with recommendations on how to counter competitors actions
Qualifications:
1. Universiry above degree
2. With minimum 3 years of National Key Account management related experience preferably in the FMCG environment,Experience with foreign beverage/food company is preferred
3. Good English (reading and written) ,Good Knowledge of Office Software (Word, Powerpoit, Excel,etc)
4. Can work independently within a big pressure, good self-control
