The Purpose of this Job
To assist to set up and maintain a quality management system to ensure assigned products compliance with relevant standards and regulations, in order to satisfy customer requirements, meet all legal and regulatory demands and continuously improve products and operations.
The Challenge
a) Key areas of accountability/responsibility
1. To work in a SHE & security responsible manner and report all SHE & security incidents. This includes but is not limited to the following:
？ Knowing requirements
？ Active participation all SHE and security trainings to gain knowledge and improve awareness
？ Following the SHE/security requirements and report if not clear
？ Report accident/incident/near miss timely/ unsecure situations and security incidents.
？ Execute SHE/occupational health procedure/emergency evacuation procedure of company
？ Wear PPE as requirements.
2. Act as Key User of SAP QM model, to maintain QA related setup in SAP, solve the SAP problem, support SAP project.
3. Daily operation of SAP QM for assigned products.
4. Maintain all quality license / permits linked to assigned products, export license, product license, HACCP, Kosher, Halal…
5. Establishment and revision of material specifications for assigned products.
6. Investigation and handling of quality complaints for assigned products.
7. Handling of returned goods and nonconforming products to determine whether materials and intermediates can be used or not.
8. Participate in quality system compliance audit, and routine quality inspection for assigned products.
9. Supplier evaluation and audit for assigned products. Manage customer audit for assigned products.
10. Handling of customer relevant requests/ information.
11. Routine monitoring of clean areas operation and production batch records review.
12. Validation of key process/equipment/facilities.
13. Participate HACCP or other quality activities for assigned products.
14. Quality data filing, including NCR/EMR/RGR/CAR etc., and follow up of CAR completion.
15. Summary and report of stability test data of assigned products.
16. Report of QA monthly report of assigned products.
17. Report all major quality issues to QA manager, and participate in handling of relevant quality problems.
b) Authorities
SAP key user authorization.
2. Follow up on corrective actions for quality deviations to assigned products.
3. Raw material & products use decision and release authorization.
The Ideal
？ Bachelor level in Sciences (majored in chemicals or pharmaceuticals).
? Specialization in GMP and Quality
- > 2 years experiences in chemical industrial processes
- Knowledge of operations management is preferred
? Managerial and social knowledge and experience
- Good communication and social skills
