The Purpose of this Job
To ensure that daily operations in the final steps of B6 production (including packaging) are safe, with required quality at the requested output at lowest possible cost in compliance with the requirements of ISO, HACCP, GMP and SHE.

The Challenge
a) Key areas of accountability/responsibility
1. To work in a SHE & security responsible manner and report all SHE & security incidents. This includes but is not limited to the following:
? Follow the national and company regulations and standards
? Conscientiously participate safety training to improve safety operation skills
? Consciously follow the company safety regulations and any violation of the rules is forbidden
? Get to know the security policies & requirements; Actively participate in all security trainings to gain knowledge and improve awareness
? Follow the security requirements and report if not clear
? Execute company SHE ,occupational hygiene, related security and emergency procedures
? Execute company work attendance rule
? Study operation skills and continuously improve self SHE & security awareness
? Report timely unsafe situations, any SHE/security accident, incident & near miss.

2. Ensure that the production runs safely and efficiently and within the Manufex requirements by organizing and supervising the shifts
3. Update production documentation (SOP’s, JSA, PSA,…)
4. Maintain KOP (key operating parameters) in the operating window as defined in the SOP’s. Give a diagnosis for causes of KOP deviations
5. Call the management in case of deviation/unsafe situation that can’t be turned to normal situation
6. Reporting of losses of hours which have a capacity impact, deviations which have a SHE or quality or yield impact
7. Report breakdowns with a comprehensive description and fault diagnosis.
8. Is aware and have access to the SIL classification of his plant and to the MOC files which have an impact on his plant
9. Assure that the safety checks given to production are done according to schedule (earthing, safety shower, lift, eyes safety shower,..)
10. Ensure that the 1st level of maintenance is done by plant personnel in accordance to the approved fix it yourself list and that these tasks are reported in the appropriate manner
. Ensure the good housekeeping of the plant
12. Address technical issues with technical departments (IP, SP, maintenance, R&D).
13. Initiate and monitor MOCs as well as improve requests in the local trackwise database.
14. Develop, organize and do trainings
15. Implement others tasks appointed by line manager.
b) Authorities
1. Report when problems are found.
2. Authorize and sign the overriding of an equipment depending on its SIL level and according to the SIL procedure
3. Sign and authorize maintenance work permits

c) Projects/special assignments
1. Special projects and tasks to be assigned upon request. This could be for example quality improvement programs, cost reductions or standardization like six sigma or lean production.
2. Develop and supervise trial productions

The Ideal
？ College/ equal college level or college above.
？ Good command of PC skills, good reading and written English skills and basic oral English
？ Good interpersonal skills
? 5 years minimum experience as operator
? Technical knowledge of the related plant (mechanic, automation)
? Large knowledge of all site procedures(SOP’s, HR, Safety, Quality, environment..) related to production
? Experience in production management
? Proven leadership skills
