职位描述
Responsibilities:
●Look for new project sites and involved in the feasibility reporting
●Monitor the market and reporting
●Explore business model
●Divestment of developed products and support acquisition of new sites to post sales where required.
●Asset management.
●Build and maintain business relations with different public and private entities/parties.
Experience:
●Min. 6 Years in Real Estate Investments (sourcing for new land, feasibility model building, reporting, valuation work, market analysis, business modeling)
●Background in Investment Banking and / or Investment Consulting with Jones Lang LaSalle / Colliers/ DTZ/ CBRE etc.
●Experience to be in China.
●Experience in the various real estate products aside covered by the group (Residential, Office, Retail, Lodging)
Education and Skills:
●A minimum of a Bachelor in Real Estate or similar related fields
●Fluent in English and Mandarin (Written and Spoken)
●Strong Financial Skills (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Modeling, Feasibility Analysis Modeling)
●Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
●Strong leadership ability to ensure a teamwork spirit
●Able to manage and train a junior team and fresh graduates in feasibility studies etc.
