6. Major Responsibilities
? Evaluate supplier’s process / capabilities; implement improvement plans toward achieving Global standards.
? Perform and assist in technical performance audits.
? Being involved on supplier process improvement.
? Follow up the completion of corrective actions.
? Understand TRW technical specification and make sure TRW requirements are strictly followed.
? Tracking project status and share within the project team regularly.
? Participant in creating new STS Technical specifications.
? Tracking project status and share within the project team regularly.
? Participate in supplier performance reviews.
? Conduct in the Design Reviews with the suppliers.
? All open issues from the Design Review need to tracked and closed.
? Design and PFMEA knowledge and understanding.
? Assist with suppliers concerns and issues.
? Continuously improve suppliers.
6. Key Competencies
? Bachelor’s degree in process/product engineering, or manufacturing technical background.
? Microsoft Office knowledge
? Good in both written and oral English, Chinese
? Experienced in Process, Quality or Engineer, at least 2 years of experience in Automotive Industry
? Strong Product & Manufacturing Process Knowledge of Mechanical, Plastics & Electronic Components etc.
? Familiar with Supplier Audit process.
? Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC & MSA processes
? Program management experience.
? Experience in manufacturing plant environment.
? Excellent team player, cross functional working experience and good communication skills.
? Computer and data processing knowledge
? Helpful and sociable with teamwork spirit
? Ability to travel extensively.
