Job Description:
*Work closely with production department and project management regarding to the readiness of outgoing goods according to delivery plan;

*Work closely with other related departments regardig to import declaration documentation preparing;
*Make a working relationship with authorities, such as Economic & Trade, Marine time Safety Administration, customs and Inspection and Quarantine dept, coordinate with customs audit;
*Make sure the physical uploading goods and the packaging is according to contract terms and company packing standard;

*Be responsible for shipping documents preparing according to contract terms*Trace outgoing goods transportation status;

*Negotiate the price with forwarding agencies according to the quality and cost target of the company;

Job Requirements:
- College Degree for the major of International Trade, Logistics or related;
- Good written and spoken in English, German is a plus;
- Familiar with Customs Regulations and practice process;
- Familiar with logistic channels and packing standard;
- About 2 years related experience in import/export, logistics field, preferably in a foreign company;
- Excellent communcation skills;
- Decision marker
