Quality claim handling from incoming, production, ROT and Claim.

Participate product maintenance team and NPI team as material quality support. (APA/PCR/2nd source/NPI)

Material disposition for the abnormal batch.

Follow up root cause analysis and evaluate the effectiveness for the corrective action by reviewing the supplier CAR

Implement in-site audit in supplier side for the serious quality issue or per request.

Implement and update SQAP process for SEC.

Implement training for supplier to make the better understanding on SEC’s requirement.

Implement periodically process audit on critical supplier side

Support scoring suppliers quarterly

Support FRAG team leader on material quality part.

Review and Update incoming inspection rule, and ensure the training and compliance

Support internal audit

Prepare weekly quality report to follow up targets and for FRAG review meeting.

Monitor supplier FA report lead time and update the list.

Update material quality issue handling list.

Prepare monthly quality reports.

Responsibility

Be responsible for material quality

Be responsible for new components qualification

Be responsible for Block material handling

Be responsible for SQAP process

Be responsible for incoming inspection rule

Be responsible for Supplier quality performance improvement

Be responsible to escalate while observing the corrective actions were not effectively conducted.

Authority

Temporary block the material by catching signal of quality risk.

Resume ‘block material’ by ensure the containment actions were implemented.
