Job Description and main tasks:
1. Provide with quality administration support to ensure smooth operation of Shanghai office
2. Regional / mini / home offices admin coordination / support
3. Frequently evaluate current suppliers and search for potential venders, provide with valuable suggestions to management
4. Contact point of expatriate management
5. Assist in fixed assets purchasing
6. Help with company-wise events, meetings, activities organization
7. Back up receptionist when she’s not available
8. Other assignment on request

Qualifications:
College
graduate or above, preferably major in administration management, with
at least 3-year administration experiences in multi-national company,
preferably with solid experiences in purchasing, office move /
renovation project.

Skills & experiences:
Good
team worker with good communication / listening / negotiation skills,
sense of service, willing to learn and self-motivated.

Personality:
Open, friendly, patient and flexible.
