SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITES

· The Healthcare Program Manager oversees the daily healthcare order entry and customer service operations for UPS. Maintains high touch business relationships with clients and high levels of customer service.

· Work -with healthcare Distribution Operation Manager for existing healthcare distribution customers in China for day to day operation issue related to customers.

· Resolves individual and group performance issues in accordance with UPS’s policies and procedures in a timely manner to motivate and foster teamwork.

· Work with Logistics Solution and Implementation team for the new requirement of the existing healthcare customers as well as the pricing negotiation and project execution.

· Organize and lead the periodical operation performance review meeting with major healthcare customers and work with operation and solution team for continuous improvement.

· Work on the major healthcare distribution opportunities in China with the Region and District Sales team.

· Work with the solution and implementation team for the China healthcare network build up.

· Manages Customer Relationships and Supports Revenue Growth.

· Conducts regular customer meetings to build long term relationships with key customer decision makers and address customer issues and needs.

· Manages Customer Service System Enhancements and Process Improvements.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Educational level

· University graduate or above

Other Technical/Professional Qualification

· Minimum 7-year related experience in contract logistics business

· Minimum 3-year of logistics operation experience at management position

· Account management experience is preferred

· Healthcare experience is preferred

· Experience in trading and freight forwarding is preferred

Traits

· Good command of English (CET-6) and PC skill

· Good command of presentation and management skill

· Good inter-personal communication skills

· Good working attitude and able to travel frequently
