岗位职责:

General Ledger Reporting Daily Process
? Oversee the processing, reporting, transactions, re-evaluations and closing process for all GL Reporting matters
? Ensure high quality and efficiency of work and service by GL team through regular review,
? Ensure that GL function follows proper procedures in accordance with corporate company accounting policy
? Oversee the monthly, quarterly and year-end closing process and coordinate with respective parties as required (e.g. other teams, customer contact)
? Manage generation and analysis of reports
? Perform period end closing activities and liaising with other teams as required
? Assist with GL processing for SSC itself when required


Customer Service & Supporting
? Deliver service excellence and maximize customer service and satisfaction
? Ensure that service levels and targets are met as per Service Level Agreements
? Perform problem tracking and ensure that issues are escalated in a timely manner and properly documented, prioritized, tracked and resolved
? Maintain ongoing communication with internal and external customers
? Support auditors and legal authorities with the execution of required activities – ensure staff and information are available as required

Continuous Improvement
? Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovate solutions so the team can operate in an efficient and cost effective manner

Experience:

? Certificated Accountant
? At least University degree or equivalent in a finance related field
? Minimum 5－7 years working experience in MNCs, preferable in the General Leger Function
? Highly organization skills and good manner in record keeping
? Experience in shared services center of a multinational corporation desirable
? Basic English skills on both reading and writing

? Basic customer service skills of conveying positive messages to customers and listening and understanding customer requests
? Able to use business process software (e.g. SAP) and basic application programs (e.g. Word, Excel) to support own process duties
