1.主要负责已入住欧美客户的售后服务，解决他们日常生活中遇到的问题。
具备较好的英语能力，听说读写流利（因为我们的客户是外籍人士）
2.具有良好的沟通协调能力，较强的独立工作能力。
3.形象气质佳，热情大方。
4.能够吃苦耐劳，有强烈责任心。
5.有酒店工作经验或相关涉外服务经验者优先。
6.有一年以上客服工作经验者优先。
7.请应聘者随简历附上个人近照。
