Role & Responsibilities
? Lead a team to accomplish assigned job tasks and goals;
? Take charge to understand assigned task requirement, cascade working knowledge to team member and ensure consistent execution;
? As leader & trainer of the team;
? As SME for job tasks assigned;
? As backup of team member;
? As quality controller of the team;
? Lead the team to meet KPI and other measurement expectation;
? Maintain good communication and close working relationship with relevant parties from stations and air gateways.
? Perform any other task assigned by management from time to time.
Education & Knowledge, Experience & Skills required
? University graduate of relevant discipline, preferably in logistics or transportation field;
? Three years of experience supervising an air operation (desk level) team of similar size;
? Good knowledge in air freight processes, handling procedures and systems;
? Effective communication skill via the English & Chinese language medium;
? Good computer skill.
