Responsibility:
1. Focus on the promotion of products manufactured locally in factory by creating and managing a large network of distributors, dealers and sub-dealers.
2. Focus on the promotion of products manufactured in our foreign entities.
3. Be responsible for the sales and overall growth in China.
4. Team management
5. Develop and supervise a long term strategy for our local presence in the market.
6. Increase our physical presence in the areas under your responsibility.
7. Work closely with the Sales team to maximize market penetration and product synergies.
8. Create a strong awareness among the local key decision makers of the name of and its product ranges,
9. Organize presentation seminars.
10. Target governmental offices, in-house design companies and locally based multinational companies.
11. Develop a strong sense of competitors’ awareness.
12. Manage and work closely with distributors and follow-up new projects.
Required Qualification:
1. Bachelor Degree ,Sales or Marketing Relevant disciplines
2. At least 5 years in building materials company,
3. In sales or marketing department
4. Independent and open minded
5. Good communication skills and problem solving skills
6. Good oral and written English
7. Experience in the distribution of building materials
8. Long term commitment into the position is expected
9. Computer literate
