Key Account Manager-软包装行业(欧美独资粘胶剂公司,高薪资)
Responsible
- In line with SBU strategy, develop & implement 1 and 3 year sales and business plans for strategic key accounts in his/her territory to achieve its long & short-term objectives.
- MVC% improvement by PI, product/customer mix, and providing package solution.
- Responsible for cost of sales, account receivable, slob and sales forecast including promptly providing changes based on the change of market demand.
- To work with Business Director, decide product and pricing strategies for those multi-province and multi-national key customers, act as team co-ordinator to maintain smooth business relationship by reviewing sales forecast, technical need and other tailored requirements.
- To explore and new business opportunities and push new business projects, track new launched product/business and attrition.
- Defeating competition by identifying the needs of key customers and developing unique value & solution.
- Provides weekly & monthly report with highlights/key issues in his/her key accounts.
- Provides the Business Director/Marketing manager with detailed market information, as required, including competitors to enable accurate records to be maintained.
- Liaise with Customer Service/Planner/Accounting/Credit controller/Marketing etc. on all subjects concerning activities in his responsible key accounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in chemistry, engineering, sales & marketing or business management.
- Substantial knowledge and experience in industrial adhesive market; knowledge of adhesive products required;
- At least 5 years’ industrial selling experience with similar size and impressive record of achieving targets;
- Good command of English in both oral and written
- Strong business sense: Excellent sales and interpersonal skills; Customer focus.
- Strong personal and team leadership; strive for achievement.
