Responsibilities:
1）Manage internal lab and contract lab to ensure all relevant properties (sensory, chemical, physical, microbiological) of raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished and finished products in accordance with legislation and technical requirements.
2） Supervise QC lab day-to-day operations to ensure quality testing on time performance.
3） Manage QC team performance and continuously improve capability of QC team.
4） Lead Good Laboratory Practices implementation in QC Lab.
5） Ensure EHS compliance in QA laboratory.? Manage third party laboratories.
6） Implement global atypical and positive release program and standard testing procedures.
7） Technical support and QC Inspection support for NCR investigation, root analysis and actions.
8） Technical communication with vendor/customer regarding sampling program, testing method and correlation testing.

Essential:
1）Bachelor or above of Science in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Biochemistry/Food Technology.
2） At least five (5) years’ experience in lab testing and three (3) years as lab management.
3）Be able to achieve goals for QC operations by developing corresponding plans and programs, delegating work and ensuring availability of resources.
4） Basic knowledge on Flavors / Fragrances or food processing analytical testing e.g. sensory, microbiology, GC, titration etc.
5） Strong teamwork and interpersonal skill.? Good communication skills especially reading and writing in English.

Preferred:1）Good understand of GMP, HACCP and ISO
2）Experience in SAP application
3） QC related experience in Flavors / Fragrances industry.
