职位描述
Position Objective:The incumbent is responsible for managing the Managed Security Service function as center of excellence of security services including execution of the function objectives and transformation program, oversee the function P/L, service delivery efficiency and risk compliancy, and driving the culture and people development.
Responsibilities:
Strategy Planning
?Assist GTR head to develop the transformational strategies.
Assist GTR head to define the long-term and short-term objectives.
?Define Key Performance Indicator of team and track performance
?Prepare the operation plan for MSS and drive continuous improvements
Risk Compliancy
?Promote and implement Group IT Security Policies and Standards via offered security service delivery
?Work closely with GTR to enforce mandatory security controls and encourage best practices at BUs.
Service Management
?Manage the overall service delivery to provide quality and cost effective services to customers
?Build and develop relationship with service recipients in filling customer needs.
?Assist GTR head to expand the service scope of MSS per business needs.
Operation Management
?Manage budget planning cycle and expenses control.
?Direct the teams to achieve key objectives and KPI.
?Identify and develop continuous plans in improving operation efficiency.
People Management
?Oversee people recruitment, development, retention and engagement.
?Provide direction and guidance to Team Leaders and staff.
?Promote Group culture development programs in creating an engaging working environment.
?Objectives defined in MSS KPI
?Security compliance and governance
?Operation efficiency and quality service delivery
?People and team development and building.
Internal
?Coordinate between Group and Company BUs, implement security control and provide security service to supporting Bus
?Coordinate between Group and TSS for budgeting, costing and service agreement preparation
External
?Coordinate with Vendors for project implementation and tools support/maintenance
Requirements:
?Education – Bachelor degree or above, major in Computer Science or equivalent.
?Experience – Over 10 years of IT Security, IT Service Delivery or relevant experience with at least 5 years in people management role.
?Certifications/licenses – CISSP/CISM/CISA is preferred
?Special skills – Strong leadership and team building ability. Sound technical knowledge in IT Security aspect and insurance business. Effective communication and good interpersonal skills. Fluent English both in oral and written. Outstanding work ethic, creativity, high-integrity, team player attitude.
