Position : Tax specialist
Incumbent: Cover all scopes of tax risk management
Reports to: Tax Supervisor
Location : Zhong Shan, Guangdong
General Description: Currently focus on tax risk mgmt
Skills , Competencies and Experience
To perform this role, it is expected that the candidate should possess the following skills, competencies and experience.
Bachelor degree, accounting and finance qualification;
More than 2 years work experience in tax related mgmt;
Familiar with Taxation Regulations not only in PRC but also in international environment;
Good command in Microsoft application systems, such as excel, word, PPT etc.;
Fluency in English.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Field Operations N/A
Operations / Procedures / Processes Tax service and management function assigned by Dpt. Mgr. and supervisor
VAT input credit of TEC / Stamp duty calculation of TEC/Monthly tax return
Assist Supervisor / Manager to work on the BT/VAT tax payment in ZH / tax return
Quarterly / Annual income tax payment process following up
Annual tax auditing follow up with auditors
TEC field daily tax issue management
TEC Non-trading service agreement tax payment process following up
Assist Tax Manager and supervisor for coordinate with branches for taxation and invoice issue special case, Central Billing function and invoice management control,
Contract invoice term related contract review for China field
SAPR3 for all tax payment result including all VAT/BT/ EMCT/AEF/ Embankment fee calculation before this was paid in ZH
Assistant Tax Manager in detailed taxation issue connected with ZH and Local city tax bureau of Field
Updating the knowledge of Tax Policy & Procedural Manual timely
Some other job arranged by Manager/ Supervisor related with Treasury function
