ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Conduct analysis independently at macro / agriculture / industry level to support strategy development
2. Active engagement in strategic projects / cross-functional workshops
3. Coordinate planning activities,15-year strategy cycle, 5-year commercial cycle and etc.


REQUIREMENTS

1. Good logical thinking and sense of business
2. Analysis skills, familiar with quantitative and qualitative analysing approach
3. Research capability (both primary and secondary research), validating information from multiple sources
4. Relative independent problem solving skills
5. Good command of written and spoken English
6. Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, and skilful in finding information from the internet and other public resources
