ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE:


Associate/Bachelor's degree and/or prior experience in Drug Safety/ Clinical Data Management/Clinical Research/ Regulatory Affairs




ESSENTIAL SKILLS/PERSONALITY TRAITS:


- Good verbal and written communication skills in Japanese


- Thorough understanding of medical terminology


- Basic Computer skills including MS Office Suite and email


- Ability to prioritize work and work against tight deadlines


- Service excellence oriented with orientation to detail


- Analytical and problem solving capabilities





OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITY:


- Responsible for processing of Overseas / Domestic safety cases assigned as per Client/GVP- Japan/ICH and other global Pharmacovigilance guidelines as per agreed Service levels/SOP Reporting timeframes


- Responsible for In scope activities including but not limited to Case receipt, Book in, Full Data entry including coding, assessment and e/paper filing for reportable and non- reportable cases


- Responsible for Peer Review of Quality of Cases assigned and providing feedback


- Responsible for ensuring timely completion of trainings and maintenance of records pertaining to self.


- Participation in review meetings and feedback sessions


- Participation in continuous improvement activities


- Assisting Team Lead in project activities including but not limited to maintenance of trackers and records, audits and training, and other activities assigned from time to time.
