Monitor blade-set loading at supplier site by submitting daily report of blades loaded to truck.

Direct blade-set staging upon arrival to port by submitting daily inventory report of blades unloaded at port.

Identify and report pre-load blade damage, contact GE LEC Router - provide follow-up email details.

Observe carrier equipment for risk issues, archive picture taken daily on GE-identified site.

Review supplier load-out practices in action, stop loads with risk - document and notify GE of issues.

Assist in claims filling process as needed, provide details and photos to GE and carrier as needed.

Facilitate damage and safety event analysis, assist carrier with RCA - provide details to GE as required.

Maintain an IB/OB inventory tracking tool, submit required inventory reports to GE on a daily basis.

Communicate GE arrival and departure needs, distribute inventory report to local port service providers.

Ensure personal protective equipment use, maintain safety log and notify GE of exceptions observed.

Prevent load-out of visibly faulty equipment, stop load-outs with high risk and notify GE of exceptions.

Ensure safe crane and rigging operations,stop events with high risk and notify GE of findings.

Report all near misses and EHS violations, notify GE and complete required event reporting form.

Supporting any EHS root cause analysis efforts, complete required root cause analysis questionnaire.
