职位描述

Responsibility:
Account Sales and Service - Maintains regular contact with existing and potential customers with the overall goal of acquiring regular sales orders. Strives to develop close relationships between *** and the customer’s decision making personnel. Meets or exceeds sales quotas as outlined at the beginning of each year. Physically visit customers at a rate set by the Sales Director. Produces detailed customer visit log plans updated monthly and provided to the Sales Director on a monthly basis.

Proactively coordinates activities of various departments within H&V to resolve customer issues and problems. Be aware of customers' credit performance and report back to the Credit Department any information, which may affect their judgment in extending open credit lines

Communication - Issues on a timely basis verbal and written call reports on all customer visits into our CRM system “Sales On Line” and also by email when appropriate. Content should include informing the various H&V manufacturing sites, departments, business teams, etc. of customer news and issues. These reports will detail action items with dates and responsibilities. Works with H&V personnel to make sure that these action items are promptly and professionally addressed. Promotes the internal understanding of customer requirements. Prepares sales forecasts, general market information and competitor intelligence on a regular basis.

Price and Terms Negotiation - Approval of all prices offered to customers is the responsibility of the Marketing function. As appropriate, the Sales Director will give Sales Managers authority to negotiate within defined price ranges. Ensures the prompt payment of invoices according to the customer’s payment terms and takes all appropriate action when payment exceeds those terms.

Complaint Resolution - Will have the authority to approve complaints relating specifically to product quality and performance in accordance with policies and procedures established by the company. Provides reasonable assistance to the Corporate Credit and Collections staff in their resolution of complaints regarding invoicing and account receivables matters.

Administration - Maintains accurate files of all sales correspondence, sales reports (both phone and travel), in the office. Files expense and call reports promptly per the company’s policy. Manages travel and entertainment expenditures in a careful and professional manner and within budget.



Requirements
?8-10 years of successful sales experience with industrial products to key accounts, preferably international companies.
?Preferably undergraduate degree in a technical field and MBA.
?Effective in verbal and written communication in Mandarin and preferably a second English language.
?Ability to make professional presentations and effectively respond to questions from diverse groups at all levels from plant labor to the GM.
?Broad PC skills, especially word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.
?Ability to define problems, identifies relevant facts, draw valid conclusions and implement remedial actions.
