Position: Payroll Administrator

Qualifications:
Essential: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, human resources, management or related disciplines (or be close to completion); Good communication skills; Fluent in both Chinese and English (oral and written); Good use of Microsoft Office applications; Good skills of HR/IS; Attention to data and accuracy; Proactive and positive learning attitude; Patient and able to work under pressure; Ability to maintain confidential information.
Desirable: Payroll experience is preferred; Good knowledge and use of Kingdee payroll system is a plus.
Salary & Benefits: RMB76, 000 – RMB119, 000 per annum before all deductions, depending on qualifications and experience.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
? To process and administer the payment of salaries and other forms of compensation to employees.
- To ensure the smooth payment of all employees and relevant deductions via efficient and effective payroll processing;
- To work closely with Human Resources Office for payroll related information (attendance, overtime, starters, leavers, salary/contract changes, and etc.);
- To ensure the data in the payroll system is accurate, and undertake the reconciliation of the payrolls;
- To produce pay slips and send to individual employee;
- To issue salary statement letters and other official letters;
- To produce and provide reports on payrolls, and respond to payroll queries from staff and management;
- To submit payroll information to the relative government bureaus.
? To be responsible for tax registration, tax reports, tax declaration and other tax related issues.
- To ensure all statutory reporting is completed to the highest standards within legislated deadlines;
- To issue tax invoices and other tax statement letters.
? To take care of social insurances and public housing fund for employees.
- To be responsible for monthly reporting of social insurance and public housing fund to relative government offices in compliance with government policies;
- To make claims to relative government offices for employees’ maternity, medical and other insurance-covered expenses;
- To keep up to date with relevant government laws, regulations and policies.

? To prepare salary budget and other cost sheet for management reference.
? To undertake other duties appropriate to the role and level, as directed by the Head of Finance.
