职位设置主要目的 Main Objectives

Support and counsel managers and their associates with regard to the ZFLS production system in the direct and indirect areas and participate in project work directed at the implementation of the systems.

Key responsibilities

Projects:

- As-is analysis in the production and logistics departments as well as in related areas of responsibility

- Description and evaluation of the results

- Design new value streams and develop alternative approaches in coordination with the according departments

- Preparation of decisions

- Realization concepts at the plant incl. plant layout

- Support realization and documentation

- Controlling / auditing (self evaluation, level of maturity)

- Support shop floor management

- Support concerning investment requests and test such for ZPS conformity

- Support supplier development with emphasis on ZPS

- Support projects in indirect areas, e.g. 5S or “swim lane” process analysis

Trainings:

- Organize and realize instruction and training courses

- Check state of knowledge with regard to the production system

Rules:

- Impart standards, work instructions, guidelines, principles and process instructions regarding the use of the ZFLS production system

- Follow up on local compliance with rules and assess the sustainability

Communication:

- Within the plant with managers and associates of the production, logistics, quality and planning departments

- Within the ZFLS internal ZPS competency network

Other:

- Internal organization and administration

- Assess necessity for training and further qualification regarding ZPS

- Mentor interns and students working on their final projects

Working experience

At least 2 years of practical experience in a production company in one of the following areas: planning, maintenance, production, quality management, controlling

Degree in engineering, business, as a technician or in related fields

专业资格

Qualification

职位任职者需要展现的专业能力Professional skills and abilities

- Knowledge of quality management systems (VDA 6.1, QS 9000, TS 16949/2002)

- Knowledge of distribution, procurement and production logistics

- Knowledge of at least one production system (TPS, BPS, Formel ZF etc.)

- Knowledge of procedures of production and manufacturing

- Knowledge of time management approaches REFA/MTM

- Knowledge of the principles and procedures of calculation

- Knowledge of investment planning and calculation of economic feasibility

- Moderator training / moderation abilities

- Experience with project management

- Presentation skills
