职位设置主要目的 Main Objectives

To schedule, order and coordinate the delivery of materials, equipment, services and capital goods used in daily operation according to company plans.

主要职责 Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for fulfilling MRO（Maintenance, Repair, Operation）and CAPEX (e.g. machines, measuring equipment) purchasing request from different departments in LSCNa

2. To assess and develop new potential suppliers and to maintain the supplier database

3. To request for quotation from supplier side and make quotation comparison

4. To negotiate with suppliers for commercial terms to nominate supplier and ensure the best lead time and price

5. To be responsible for contracting，ordering, following up order/delivery and payment arrangement for purchased goods

6. To maintain the relevant contracts and keep all records up to date

7. To finish the monthly purchasing report on time

8. To make continuous improvement to achieve cost saving and better purchase condition

9. To solve the problems related to suppliers

职位任职条件 Basic Requirements

工作经历

Working experience

minimum 3 years working experiences in CAPEX and MRO purchasing in multi-national company

教育水平

Education

College or above, major of industrial engineering or mechanical engineering, or business administration with deep technical knowledge

英语水平

English

fluent English in writing & speaking is must

德语水平

German

Optional

计算机应用水平Computer

Good at MS Office tools. Familiar with SAP System

专业资格

Qualification
