Tasks:

· Planning and industrialization of machines under considerations of value stream and supply (e.g. waste management …)

· Planning of machines regarding to internal value stream, value stream and throughput time

· Layout planning with AutoCAD 10

· Planning of internal transport devices

· Planning and industrialization of product peripheral devices

· Support of planning and purchase of: measurement technology, manufacturing tools and machine equipment

· Support of production scheduling and specified of semi finish products

· Technology support and continuous improvement of value stream (e.g. lean, throughput time,...), transport devices and supply (waste management, waste peripheral devices…)

· Monitors and improves product quality through production process

· Integrated and self dependent project work

· Must have flexible schedule

Requirements:

· Training in metalworking industry is beneficial

· Mechanical Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer or similar

· Good knowledge in optimization of value streams

· Good knowledge of waste management

· Good knowledge in AutoCAD 10

· Good knowledge in planning of transport devices

· Knowledge in planning of product peripheries

· Knowledge in project management, design of experiments and experimental procedures

· Knowledge in quality management

· Knowledge in automotive sector is beneficial

· Toughness

· Proactive, Communication skills, Team player

· Very good English language skills are required

· German language skills are beneficial

采埃孚转向系统（南京）有限公司是于2013年6月批准成立的外商独资企业，公司位于南京经济技术开发区。目前公司正处于厂房筹建阶段，计划于2015年初投产，主要开发、生产目前最先进的汽车电动转向机系统及相关零配件，为高端品牌汽车配套并提供售后服务。
