职位设置主要目的 Main Objectives

To be responsible for managing key aspects of the customer quality relationship;

To work with internal/external groups to drive customer concerns towards timely solutions.

主要职责 Key Responsibilities

工作职责内容

Key responsibilities

1. To manage assigned customer quality issues and ensure they are resolved in an efficient & timely manner;

2. To work with other departments to establish root cause & appropriate short/long term corrective actions;

3. Rejects analysis coordination and analysis report ( or/and customer 8D report ) reparation;

4. To conduct 0-km PPM and field PPM calculation, and coordinate 0km complaints between customers- and production sites;

5. To supervise customer initial sampling process (PPAP) till release for serial production (SOP) according to customer requirements and internal quality standards; includes preparation of quality documents for submission to customers as well as customers production site assessments

6. To coordinate PPAP preparation and customer release

7. To support customer audit or visit at local manufacturing site.

8. To visit customer sites to assist field support personnel or with Sales as needed.

9. To integrated into quality planning for new projects

工作经历

Working experienceAbove three years work experience in quality area, experience of customer complaints management is necessary.

教育水平

Educationbachelor degree or above; major in engineering

英语水平

EnglishGood English speaking and writing skill

德语水平

German

计算机应用水平ComputerGood at MS Office tools.

专业资格

Qualification

职位任职者需要展现的专业能力Professional skills and abilities

1. Good experience with ISO/TS16949

2. Good experience with customer complaints management.

3. Good experience with project management process.

4. Good experience with various quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA,MSA,SPC、8D，etc.) to identify and analyze quality problems.

1. Excellent organization, coordination and communication skills.
