职位设置主要目的 Main Objectives

l To collaborate with production department on new processes according to product requirements, and continuous improvement of process and production quality control.

Key responsibilities

l Lead a small team of Quality Technicians and Lab Associates

2. To assume responsibility of the process launch into production from the product/process design, provide production quality data statistics and analysis to ensure the quality.

3. To participate or organize disposal of any rejected products, and handle those rejected products according to relevant regulations.

4. To generate Routine Product Audit &Requalification Planning and Well Following up

5. To draft QIP for every process, from IQC to FQC to assembly

6. To organize countermeasures or improvements for process quality.

7. To set up and maintain product quality control database, ensure all standards are valid; Maintain and perfect technical data base

8. Failure analysis of the bad parts during serial production

To provide operator proficiency training in quality techniques.

工作经历

Working experienceMinimum 3 years of working experiences in quality assurance

教育水平

EducationBachelor degree or technician in mechanical or electromechanical

engineering

英语水平

EnglishGood English skills both spoken and written.

德语水平

GermanMaster communication skill in German is preferred, but not necessary

计算机应用水平ComputerMicrosoft Office, APIS IQ FMEA; SAP; Q_DAS QS-Stat;

专业资格

QualificationStatistics; Green Belt is prefered
