职位设置主要目的 Main Objectives

Planning Assembly Lines according to ZFLS Production System

Design robust assembly process with regards to Lean Manufacturing principles

Involvement in Continuous Improvement Process

Coordination of the suppliers for process design and machine build.

Assembly process development and test.

主要职责 Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

u Design process layout specification

u Prepare detailed process/machine specification

u Develop detailed production process

u Device machine and design for process development test

u Conduct relevant tasks for APQP (PFMEA, DFQ, SOP)

u Implement and commission machinery during build and install process(PPAP)

u Handover to production and maintenance, including conducting operator training

u Provide input for Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA)

u Support and consult with Quality in terms of quality issues

u Support and consult with Purchasing department in supplier development

u Participate in implementation of ZPS(ZFLS Production System) and CIP(Continuous Improvement Process)

职位任职条件 Basic Requirements

工作经历

Working experienceA minimum of five years working experience in Process/Manufacturing Engineering, prefer in Automotive industrial

教育水平

EducationBachelor degree or above in mechanical or electromechanical engineering

英语水平

EnglishFluent both in spoken and written English

德语水平

GermanBasics will be an advantage

计算机应用水平ComputerWindows XP package, MS Office, ProE,etc

专业资格

Qualification

Experience and good working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing

Strong focus and understanding on safety

Mechanical design in creating 3D model (mechanical background)

Capable for PLS and PC software.(electronic background)
