Key responsibilities

Is the voice of the cell to the customer regarding product quality

Follow-up the planning and the performance results of its products (in process testing)

Analyse, propose and follow key actions to improve the general cell quality performance

Manage the day to day reject analysis carried out by the cell shift leader

Sign off the control inspection sheets

Participate/Coordinate Process FMEA reviews and participate Design FMEA

Audit the cell shift leader to assess the efficiency of the operator training, respect of checks, station audit, problem analysis, quality indicators and control gauges validity

工作经历

Working experience

Minimum 3 years of working experiences in process quality control

教育水平

Education

Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or electromechanical

engineering

英语水平

English

Good English skills both spoken and written.

德语水平

German

Basics will be an advantage

计算机应用水平Computer

Microsoft Office, APIS IQ FMEA; SAP; Q_DAS QS-Stat;

专业资格

Qualification

Mechanical Engineering to degree level or equivalent.

Additional competencies in Communication, Management and Kaizen mandatory
