职位设置主要目的 Main Objectives

To be in charge of Lab equipments system, Lab quality system, TS16949, which includes equipments calibration, document control, and Lab efficiency analysis.

主要职责 Key Responsibilities

工作职责内容

Key responsibilities

1. Laboratory daily management

· To be responsible for equipment management following the requirements of Quality Management System (QMS)

· To create and update Work Instructions (WI) of equipments

· To be in charge of equipments calibration, maintain the Equipment Management Sheet to keep the equipments in valid use.

· To set up and follow up equipment annual maintenance plan to ensure equipments are running in high efficiency

2. To coordinate the related measurements for internal production and purchasing parts

3. Incoming inspection specification preparation

4. Programming of ZEISS CMM (Calypso) and measuring

职位任职条件 Basic Requirements

工作经历

Working experience

More than 3 years working experiences on engineering and quality or quality system related fields; Automobile Lab experience needed

教育水平

Education

college or above in automation control or machine engineering

英语水平

English

Able to communicate and write in English

德语水平

German

计算机应用水平Computer

Good at various windows and office software.

专业资格

Qualification

CMM Engineering certificate (ZEISS Calypso)

职位任职者需要展现的专业能力Professional skills and abilities

1. Good experience with ISO/TS16949 and APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA etc.

2. Good experience with technical measuring software (ZEISS Calypso) and 3D CAD

3. Good command of measuring procedures

4. Good experience with MS Office
