工作职责内容

Key responsibilities

Ensure that working standards are being respected (5S, operating modes, control instructions, JIT, TPM, …)

Responsible for assembly quality and assembly the planned daily amount.

Coordinates production change-over under its own responsibility

Ensure that production start-up conditions are conform

Makes sure that safety instructions are applied on the working station

Coordinate level 1 and 2 preventive maintenance actions

Check the availability and function of all assembly equipments and tools.

Necessary equipment and fixture request

Participate to the training of its production teams

Ensures that end/start of shift instructions are passed on

Follows the assembly line performance indicators

Analyse, with its team, the quality, production and process issues its production lines

Manage the QRQC method with its assembly lines

Manage the problem solving activities and contributes to the implementation of improvement ideas

Participate to the continuous improvement groups of its assembly lines

Carry out the appraisal of its operators

Develop the poly-competence and multi-abilities of its production operators

A minimum of three years working experience

A level standards or equivalent

英语水平

Basics will be an advantage

Windows XP package, SAP will be an advantage

Qualification

Additional competencies in Communication, Management and Team leading mandatory

采埃孚转向系统（南京）有限公司是于2013年6月批准成立的外商独资企业，公司位于南京经济技术开发区。目前公司正处于厂房筹建阶段，计划于2015年初投产，主要开发、生产目前最先进的汽车电动转向机系统及相关零配件，为高端品牌汽车配套并提供售后服务。
