Major Responsibilities:

• Lead development of Affordable Material Cost Targets for the assigned PMT to successfully pass through the appropriate GPDS Gateways in a timely matter.
• Support B500 Tophat Material Cost and Investment consolidation activities to assist the Finance Manager with weekly program performance reports as well as gateway reporting.
• Run weekly Cost PAT meetings
• Lead MP&L analysis and be the lead interface with MP&L
• Lead PTI % calculations and be the lead interface with Purchasing
• Lead Quality of Financials and Quote tracker reporting
• Supporting interface with the JV for Profit Model updating and reporting back to the B500 Supervisor with financials and variance explanations.
• Track the progress of material cost status and roadmap action identification/closure for achieving affordable targets. This includes tracking import and local material cost, logistics and duty, etc.
• Work cross-functionally with PD Program Team, PD Engineering, Cost Estimating, Marketing, Purchasing and Duty/Freight Teams to all GPDS requirements.
• Post Program Approval, supporting the Change Control Process for finance and controlling all agreed changes per Ford's Global PD Finance Procedures and Guidelines.
