职位设置主要目的 Main Objectives

Ensure the production line and other equipments in good operation status;

Arrange, coordinate and control routine business of the equipment maintenance department;

主要职责 Key Responsibilities

工作职责内容

Key responsibilities

1.Responsible for routine business of the equipment maintenance department;

2. Promote, implement and execute TPM and OEE within the plant;

3. Guide his/ her subordinates to finish their tasks; supervise and control maintenance quality;

4. Provide necessary technical supports on production and equipments, include installation & setup;

5. Make and upgrade equipment & facility autonomous maintenance planning and preventive maintenance planning;

6. Establish and manage equipment archives;

7. Assess, evaluate and encourage his/ her subordinates;

8. Convey new regulations and information of the superior or other departments to employees of the equipment maintenance department;

9. Manage the stock of tooling, spare parts, oil and other indirect materials.

10. Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving company’s objectives.

At least 5 years working experience in maintenance in an automotive environment, 3 years experience in leading people
