岗位内容描述：

Act as a multifunctional bridge between the customer and company internal parties, receive the voice from customer and feedback reports, he will be focus on issue tracking and other reports preparing required by customer.

1. Be the responsible for the day to day work within the team and ensure the timely and proactive communication with customers and related parties,

2. Ensure the daily excellent service provided and KPI met.

3. Be able to manage the data/report input quality in system.

4. Timely communicate and maintain good relationship with client owner.

5. Proactively work to reduce risk and potential claims.

6. Ensure proper and timely follow up in case of irregularities.

7. Report adequately, regularly and proactively on performance and developments.

8. Work with customers and internal parties to improve our performance and service.

任职资格要求：

1. Experienced in quality field more than 5years.

2. Deeply understanding of QC tools, 8D, DMAIC…, experience in 6 sigma will be a plus.

3. Has knowledge of ISO9001 system.

4. Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill.

5. Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in both English and Chinese, CET-4 is a basic requirement.

6. Strong planning, organizing, and teamwork skills.
