岗位内容描述:
Conducting the creation and maintenance of local process documentation on the Corporate Management System in coordination with the process offices responsible.
1. Planning, preparing and supervising internal audits, customer audits and external system audits.
2. Conducting process or system audits and/or full-run, possibly also in coordination with internal and external entities.
3. Planning, preparing and supervising sustained remedy of findings from internal and external location related audits e.g. certification audits.
4. Conducting the creation and maintenance of local process documentation on the Corporate Management System in coordination with the process offices responsible.
5. Developing uniform system and process standards, as well as initiating, steering, driving and monitoring the introduction and implementation in coordination with involved entities.
6. Adaptation and further development of quality methods and techniques for implementation of the Q system in cooperation with the offices responsible.
7. Creating, planning and conducting training courses in quality methods and techniques, as well as new processes and procedures according to stipulated and self-prepared documents and accompanying coaching.
8. Ensuring that new methods and processes are applied, as well as specialist further training and qualification in the working area.
9. Conducting evaluations, determining key points and informing the entities affected.
10. Preparing reports and documentation, as well as ensuring that responsible, superior and specialist entities are informed.
11. Further development of the Corporate Management System in cooperation with the central Quality departments and functional support to implement in the division.
12. Identify and positioning of optimizing potentials in processes with the responsible persons of the processes.
任职资格要求:
1. More than 5 years working experiences in Electronic industry company document function team.
2. Q training - audit / process and method techniques (multi-stage).
3. Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill.
4. Strong planning, organizing, and teamwork skills.
5. Internal auditor qualification certificate.
