职位描述
Be the technical lead for the Holders, Blocks and Clips products.
Develop concept designs for assigned projects based on customer requirement.
Refine concept design into product design that meets customer requirements, project targets and regulatory requirements with manufacturability, quality and reliability for assigned projects.
Verify and validate product design on assigned projects.
Evaluate materials and suppliers that will be used for production on assigned projects.
Regular communication within LF to exchange and inform design details, customer requirements, project status, and technical challenges.
Active participation in communication with customers, to translate VOC into design specs, and to ensure active customer engagement in each product development phase.
