Part 1. Describe the Position

Summary:

(1) Job Purpose: One-sentence description of the overall purpose/mission of the job; the rationale of why the job exists and how it contributes to the company.

l Responsible for daily Material planning and purchase order fulfillment process

l Responsible for daily material purchase order follow up to meet customer order request

l Co-ordinate internal and external to finish purchase order to arrive on time.

(2) Goals and Objectives: Several bullet points for setting performance objectives.

l Achieve purchase order arrive on time rate to 95%

l Reschedule purchase order due date in ERP system daily

l Make related reports as company request

A) List the essential functions and major activities in order of their importance.

l Daily send out purchase order to suppliers and follow up with confirmed delivery date from suppliers

l Update ERP with any change of purchase order due date by reschedule function

l Follow up Purchase order status and answer question of customer and internal planner related to material shortage

l Other jobs assigned by supervisor or Manager

Part 2. Describe the Person

A) Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).

(1) Key technical skills and knowledge.

l Degree college at least

l At least 3 years relevant experience in international company.

l Has experience with material planning including daily purchasing.

l Has experience on MRP concepts.

l Speak and write English in acceptable level.

(2) Performance Measures/ KPIs

l Purchase order On time delivery (arrived against request) achieve 95%
