职位描述
Major Responsibilities
1. Responsible for developing and executing HR strategies appropriate to support business growth. Closely work with all business functions/units to understand the key business challenges and issues and proactively recommend HR strategic and tactical plans to provide the solutions and support the business goals;
2. Act as a Change Agent identifying opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, assessing the need for change, developing proposals on change initiatives and implementing and communicating change plans;
3. Act as an internal consultant to the business on people and organizational issues; identify the organizational competence gap and develop the relevant programs to fill the gap; analyze trends and patterns within supported business organizations and raise awareness of HR implications;
4. Facilitate organization and leadership development efforts, working with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues;
5. Advise management with regards to company policy and procedures; Serve as a coach to the management of the business organization. Provide coaching and feedback on how to improve individual or organizational performance. Drive employee communication forums: roundtables.
6. Provide guidance to employees and management on employee relations issues; Resolve employee relations issues through a systematic approach using sound judgment and a win-win, solution-oriented approach; provide metrics, analysis and feedback to management on organizational, managerial, and employee relations issues; Oversee a progressive discipline process that ensures fairness and is legally compliant.
7. Assist management with the performance appraisal program. Facilitate a talent review discussion and employee development process. Meet with management and staff on program objectives, procedures and practices. Evaluate completed forms and provide feedback to management. Assist employees with career planning objectives.
8. Provide counsel to managers on salary recommendations for new hires and employee job changes, as needed. Ensure internal equity and market-based competitive total compensation. Work with corporate HR on appropriate pay and reward structures.
9. Develop and implement employee communications and programs to ensure employees feel connected to and a part of the company.
10. Provide management with metrics and statistics on the quality and efficiency of HR processes and practices. Manage HR budget.
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
The successful candidate must be:
?a development-focused leader with strong business savvy;
?a team-builder with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills;
?an individual who is able to work under pressure and to tight time lines, able to quickly and effectively adapt his/her approach when the situation changes;
?able to look at the big picture while simultaneously working hands-on at the detail level.
?able to influence, change thinking, or gain acceptance from others in sensitive situations without damaging the relationship
Ideal Experience
1.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related area. Advanced degree may be a plus.
2.More than eight years of generalist experience in Human Resources with specific experience in recruiting, employee relations, performance management, employee development, and compensation and benefits. Familiarity with HR issues in the Auto industry is a plus.
3.Experience in both establishing and administering HR policy.
4.Effective verbal and written Mandarin and English communication skills.
