职位描述
1. Establish, maintain, and develop sales revenue and market share.
2. Work as a team regionally and globally to drive revenue growth at target accounts by meeting or exceeding demand creation goals.
3. Work with Field Application Engineers to achieve design-win's and increase segment and customer account penetration.
4. Establish a strong and positive relationship with key accounts at all management levels and the decision makers.
5. Work closely with the Business Units to develop and execute strategies for winning designs at target customers.
6. Maintain latest data records in demand creation trackers and sales forecast tools.
7. Full ownership of Customer Business Plan and Customer Profile for each assigned account.
8. Collect market information and provide feedback to the respective Business Units.
9. Handle customers' problems & complaints effectively.
