Specific duties of this position include:
?Direct the expense and capital budget planning process
?Raise capital acquisition requests
?Develop project plan
?Assist with site selection of new facilities
?Monitoring the performance of subcontractors and suppliers
?Work with Project Managers assigned by Economic Development Zone to complete all documentations needed for permits and legal entity set-up
?Work with Operations Managers and Launch Engineers on equipment purchase and move.
?Work with Quality team to plan, schedule, and implement TS16949 and other customer specific Quality system approvals.
?Provide regular summary of project portfolio status


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
?BS Engineering, Professional Program Management Certification, or equivalent experience
?Prior experience in launching new manufacturing facility or launching new production line in China.
?Prior experience in automotive program management
?Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
?Knowledge and experience in Project Management methodologies including APQP and MS Project.
?Ability to plan and manage complex projects crossing over many departmental lines
?Fluency in English is required
?Effective communication skills, written and oral, to all levels of the organization (internal, customers, and suppliers)
?Goal oriented and results based thinking
?Effective in a team oriented environment
