职位描述
Job Title CAE Engineer ：Department
ALCN/EAP
Report to ：ELT Team Leader
Dotted line to
Purpose of position:
- To coordinated the development of Light and Thermal technique for new products during
development phase.
- To report to the section head, the progress of all his projects and tasks.
- To review all Customer’s requirement on light techniques and test specifications.
- To validate design verification on products or system during development phase.
Job Responsibilities:
1. To conduct Light and Thermal simulation during development phases. Provide the technical solution to meet homologation specifications.
2. To prepare all samples for type approval of lamps.
3. To assure that all Design Checklists are fulfilled within stipulated schedule.
4. To be responsible of the timeliness of all development related activities of his projects.
5. To follow up on the Lighting and Thermal simulation result coherent to validation result.
6. To take care of all equipment and instruments belonging to the department.
7. Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Dept. Manager.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor or Master of Engineering, equivalent or higher; experience in the development of lighting technology for automotive industry
2.Good PC skills especially in CAE software and CAD knowledge
. Preferable with good skill in CATIA software
3.Good command of English in both spoken and written, CET 4 is a must.
4. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;

1. Orientation
2. CAD training and Other relevant trainings based on the job requirements
3. Products training
4. R&D procedures
5. Optical and Thermal Simulation Training
