岗位职责：
1. 为新员工或公司内部员工提供培训
2. 员工培训记录的创建和归档
3. 根据要求为新员工或公司内部员工提供积极支持
4. 与质量部门相关信息的沟通
5. 促进团队合作，培养良好的工作氛围
（主要培训员工对工具的恰当使用、保存、操作与维护）
任职资格的具体描述：
1. 至少2年相似职位的工作经验
2. 有制造环境工作经验即可（线缆制造经验更佳）
3. 有质检员或团队领班的经验的更佳
4. 优秀的培训技能，良好的沟通交流能力
5. 良好的英语读写和简单的口语交流
6. 大专及以上学历（专业不限）
