职位目标：
统筹精益西格玛项目，通过实行聚焦在少数特定战略项目的有效精益西格玛方案，公司整体得到重大提升，节省财政开支，同时提高公司竞争力
责任与活动:
1. 协同质量经理与总经理，制定项目节约成本息税前利润以及营运资本的财政目标，落实每年的全球战略项目。
2. 定义5S’s +1项目并且在全公司开展相关活动。
3. 推行标杆管理，协助定义并且识别最优方案相关活动，并确保方案在公司内部得以分享。
4. 开展并执行精益西格玛，实施相关计划。
5. 创建策略去设计，开展，实施与评估内部精益西格玛绿带项目，包括项目相关培训。
6. 制定精益西格玛的计划，领导精益西格玛项目，确保项目的进程，达到项目客户的预期。
7. 领导并指导精益西格玛绿带项目的支持与管理，提升项目所有者的能力。
职位要求:
1. 工程学理科学士学位，或其他相关学科。
2. 获得精益西格玛黑带认证。
3. 卓越的领导才能以及变革管理的能力。
4. 具备担当项目经理能力。
5. 熟练的英语书面与口头交流能力。
6. 熟悉ISO 9001, AS 9100 及 ISO 14001者更佳。
7. 有风险管理方面经验者更佳。
